Chocolate Avocado Truffles
This basic dessert is simple to prepare and you will make 10-12 truffles.
- 1 avocado
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder
- 10-15 drops of stevia
Approach of preparation:
First, gradually melt the chocolate. In another bowl, mash the avocado. When the chocolate is all set, include the mashed avocado and blend them well till you get a great paste. Then add cinnamon, vanilla and stevia.
Place the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. When the mix is cooled, and solidified, scoop 10-12 balls and roll them in the cocoa powder.
